DIY Kit – Spring Wreath

£28.50

Join me to create a beautiful Spring Wreath. It really is Spring!
1st March is the meterological 1st day of Spring and 21st March is the Spring Equinox and astrologically speaking the 1st Day of Spring so being between its the perfect time to release my Spring Wreath Masterclass. The days will gradually increase in length now until the longest day in June.  And to be honest I really need Spring, this Winter has been long, grey and gloomy and as events have unfolded.
Nature though, will carry on.  Being outside and crafting are the 2 things that make me happy and in this masterclass I combine the two to enable you to make a beautiful Spring Wreath for your front door that will really make you and your vistors very happy!  Here’s how you can make your own Spring Wreath with my Online Masterclass.  I’ll send you a kit in the post containing:
  • Wire wreath ring
  • Moss (sourced sustainably in the UK)
  • Twine to bind the moss to the ring
  • Moss Pins and wires to attach foliage to the ring

These ingredients will give you all you need to make a moss wreath base for your wreath.  I also want to encourage you to go outside and find nature’s treasure’s to decorate your wreath.  I really believe that being outside on a walk where you’re looking in the hedgerows and trees slows you down and make you appreciate what we have around us.  Some people would call it mindful, for me its just about being outdoors, not being in a rush and appreciating the beauty around us.

I’ll also send you a link to the online videos and resources to guide you through foraging for foliage, blossom, flowers and berries available in Spring in your garden or the hedgerows you can find all around you (even if you live in an urban area!).

I’ll share with you the techniques I’ve learned so you can add them to your base to make a whimsical and unique wreath to decorate your front door this Spring.  I’ll even share my Spring Wreath Making Playlist!

I’ll include tips on looking after your wreath and will be available by email or via social media to answer any questions.

For every kit sold I will donate £2 to Tree Sisters a UK based charity that places tropical forest restoration into everyone’s hands, enabling individuals to give back to nature and make a difference.  They have so far funded the planting of over 15 million trees across 12 locations in brazil, Borneo, Cameroon, India, Kenya, Mozambique, Madagascar, Nepal and West Papua.  You may have heard of them as they have recently been in the news as one of the recipients of a fundraising campaign set up by Sir Tom Moore’s family upon his death.
