Spring Flowering Kokedama Kit & Tutorial

£40.00

KOKE + DAMA = Moss + Ball in Japanese

Making with green stuff and soil is very calming.  This kit will put you in a zen mood, give you grubby fingernails and result in 2 beautiful Kokedama for indoors or out for the Spring season.

You can decorate your interior with these beautiful Spring flowering moss balls.  They can be hung or placed on a tray to bring a whimsical element to your home decor. Or they can be used outside to complement your existing pots and containers or to replace the traditional hanging basket.  You could even hang them up from a tree in your garden for a really beautiful look.

Perhaps you know someone who would benefit from some green in their life … the kit makes a brilliantly quirky gift and I’m more than happy to add a personal message.

In this kit you will receive all the materials you need to make 2 Spring Bulb Kokedama:

Sheet Moss  –  Compost  –  Twine  –  2 Plants (usually 1 x Grape Hyacinth and 1 x Iris reticulata depending on availability)  –  Mossing Pins

I’ll also send you a link to a video tutorial guiding you through the process.  All you’ll need is a bowl, water and a work surface you don’t mind getting grubby!

I use next day courier delivery to make sure your plants are in transport for as little time as possible. Orders will be dispatched within 14 days of your order.  Let me know if there is a particular date you want your kit to arrive or if it’s a gift let me know and I can add a personal message inside.

No refunds are available but if anything is damaged upon arrival, let me know and I will try to replace as soon as possible.

Spring Bulbs can be brought indoors, the warmth usually means they flower earlier than outdoors and might not last as long.  Once your bulbs have finished flowering you can either leave them in the Kokedama or plant them out in your garden in the ground or pots so they will flower again next year.  You can then replace the gap in your Kokedama with something else.
